I heard mixed opinions of stretching before working out. Some say it's good, others like me say is not. You tend to increase the strain on the joints and ligaments. You can however do them after the workout.

You should definitely stretch after the workout, it will relieve the muscle tension after the workout and will help jump start the healing process of the muscles, which is when the muscles actually grow. Stretching before is not necessary, sometimes it can even lower the performance. Warmup on the other hand is necessary - makes sure the muscles are ready for the strain so they don't get hurt...

Coke - "Possible" link to obesity? POSSIBLE?! Are you kidding? That shit contains as much sugar in one can, as I use to sweeten my tea in 2 months. That is INSTANT diabetes. And it's bloody addictive... YUCK!

#10 shows much to much meat and not enough veggies and, incredibly, no fish (which is a much healthier source of proteins than meat). I think that more than a health hack that pic belongs to a gym hack

BTW Coffee is bad for you - your body should run on calories not stimulants.
