For what crime could these pictures be used as evidence? It's not illegal to own expensive things. If the pictures with guns were taken in Mexico, he's okay. There are no pics of drugs or killing or any criminal activity. Words have meanings. "Incriminating evidence" has a specific definition.
The only crime for which I can imagine these pictures being used would be tax evasion. But even then, the pictures don't prove he owns the stuff.
NB: I edited this post to note that the picture of him giving beer to the bird is probably incriminating.
