This is one the saddest post I've seen but this has a "positive" power as well: everybody who did things like these can feel that cruel feeling I was different that age, things were different and life was such a joy that time (not 100% true, everyone had it's problems).
Unfortunately these things just flew away like like feather in the wind...shame and sad.

Yes, Christmas lost a bit of that magic when I grew up, but it came back again the first time I spent Christmas with my in-laws*, and it really came back when I had kids.

Now I sing with the Church choir (more because I understand music well than have a good voice) and singing at Christmas Mass is where the Christmas magic is for me.

* I know it's normal to bust on your in-laws, but mine are wonderful and I love them like my parents.
