Skinny dog Raphael weighed only 45 lbs (20 kg) when he was found. But great people from the Sante Fe humane society could rescue him and gave him the second chance to live the life of a happy dog.

People that mistreat animals like this are barbarians. Like a child, a pet is forced to trust you completely. They have no choice.

I have no mercy for those who hurt ones under their protection. They are dangerous.

No1,

The description says the dog was found. It doesn't say the dog was mistreated by abusive humans. You assumed that the dog was abused by humans. Dog owners tend to be so self-righteous. I say that admitting I'm a dog-owner and lover.

The dog owner came forward and claimed that the dog had been sick and was trying to save money to get him to a vet, though the vets have been unable to find any medical problems with the dog.

Before you accuse me of assumption, I suggest you research the story.

BTW, this happened 2 weeks ago.

And I'm not a dog-owner. So keep your self-righteous projecting to yourself.
