a nice "Hunting Sport" I would like to see, is someone jump into a area filled with a feeding frenzy of sharks and hunt them with a Knife.

a "Hunting Sport" is something that You have a good chance of being a Snack.

Killing an animal with weapons and posing next to it while he's bleading to death is just as sporty as gang raping a woman like that hunter, then beating her up and skinning her alive.
And I would love to see that happen to people like her.

There is no "game" if the other contender is not aware of it.

They call it canned hunting here in SA... Very sad... I have been to a hunting lodge before, Worked there for 2 weeks(Was the chef) and just could not take the death/killing anymore...

They had the baby lions(That you know they are only breeding them to kill them) 30 meters away from where they clean the carcases -The slaughter house

1 american hunter wanted to shoot a lion still in its enclosure... probz 100m by 50m... real fucken hunter(Not american bashing)

I do not disagree with hunting in general... but there is simply no reason to shoot a lion... How is the lion going to taste? Why else would you take a life?? SPORT - Crock of shit!!

I have been to South Africa on Safari and can not understand how after seeing these stunning animals in the wild you would then want to get out a gun and shoot it :17:

The guy is right there is no sport and no skill involved. A 5 year old could take the shot and then be driven back to the hotel

I live in South Africa and have been to one of the biggest game reserves in South Africa, called the Kruger National Park. i have been there for a whole day and haven't seen not even 1 Lion. they are very shy animals and keep their distance from humans. they will use your vehicle for shade and rarely attack people. as we know hippos kill more people than any other animal on the planet.

What joy do you get in killing a lion as they are no threat to you. you creep up on it and kill it just for the fun of it, is very cowardly. they are the ones keepiung the eco system in place and keeping the balance in the animal kingdom.

what will that women do if you creep up to her and want to kill her? She will for sure crap her pants and pee herself. Wish when she posed with thge lion it just got up there and killed her before giving it's final braeth.

I am not into PETA and not an animal right activist or whatever, but hunting animals for fun is just wrong.

I agree and have signed many petitions against this Bachman woman. I would also like to add that I have read the discussions from these so called "sport hunters" and they ignore the very system that they supposedly adore. One thing the hunting lobby gripes about is that "wolves are killing deer that they want to hunt." Just when has this NOT been happening and how many wolves can feed from a deer? Its like the hunter's pride is hurt because something else has taken a kill "meant for them." They are under the impression that they are maintaining a natural system which has been maintaining itself quite well without human intervention. Dereck and Beverly Joubert have been living with these animals for years and not just seasonally or whenever their fancy strikes them go out in the bush. They LIVE there. Twenty Minutes even has footage of their camp and its NOT some five star hotel. The only time these hunters spend out in the elements is when they are guided to go shoot something and compensate for their low self esteem.

Sporting Hunters should ONLY be permitted to hunt vermin in all areas around the world, like foxes and feral cats in Australia and so on. A lion in South Africa is not vermin so how do they get a permit, it all comes back to the government.
