For sure the batteries last longer than you think. Leds have very little consumption.

datasheet of LED says input power from 10 to 30 watts. I don't see any regulator or anything. As the LEDs are in serial connection there is not much current... The power source is a Li-Mn pack, so 2 or 3 amps is not a problem...
