These are pretty good, but...

the back cut should be a single cut, especially if the face (front) cut is done correctly. Also the depths of the face cut and back cut should never overlap. Only go in about a third for both cuts, so that a third of the tree remains uncut. That final uncut third acts like a hinge on a door, keeping the tree 'swinging' in the direction you intended. Without a hinge (called 'holding wood') the tree will go wherever it likes. Finally, if you're going to use a rope, don't hold on to it directly from the tree. Make a triangle with another tree/stump or truck. And once the tree starts to go LET GO OF THE ROPE
