Found this one interesting after I looked it up...

What does Gandalf say to the Fellowship as he hangs onto the ledge?

He says, "Fly, you fools!" Turning on the closed captions or subtitles reveals the line, which is also in the book. In older English, "fly" is an imperative version (meaning, when you're ordering someone to do something) of the word "flee". :05: During the original theatrical release, Gandalf's line was modernized to "Run, you fools!" :05: However, when the DVD was released, the line was changed to more faithfully reflect the novel.

Though the 'Great Responsibility' line may have originally been narrated.
In the theatrical release it IS spoken - but in the car - as Peter is dropped-off to go to the 'library'.

Errr, why the hell does it matter what Uncle Ben says or doesn't say in the Spider-Man comics? This is a list of *movie* one-liners, therefore it's not "wrong" to quote it at all.

That's not the only thing that you flubbed. In Ghostbusters, Dana says both lines and it's the same with Hannibal.

Fact-checking: it helps.

The only reason the Darth Vader one is misquoted is for reasons of context.

Brothers Grimm Orginal: "Spieglein, Spieglein an der Wand, wer ist die Schoenste im ganzen Land?" translate from German: "Mirror Mirror on the wall, who's the fairest all over the country?"

The Ghostbusters one is actually still wrong, she says that line twice, first she says "There is no Dana, there is only Zuul." then the 2nd time she says it in the demon voice is "There is no Dana, only Zuul." So technically both of them are correct even though the first one is only half the quote.

The Casablanca one is also incorrect, the "correct" one listed is actually two different quotes that they cut down. They are "Play it once, Sam, for old times' sake." and "Play it, Sam. Play 'As Time Goes By'." but that is not even the part that they are misquoting, the line from the movie they are misquoting it actually: "You played it for her, you can play it for me," Hence the again part of the misquote as he wants Sam to play the song again.

If you are going to make an article about misquotes, you might want to actually do your work and not make even more mistakes.
