In South Africa they do this to rob you. Same as the post from NeMa.
Its just a easy way to get you.
They even lay rocks on the highways. once u hit them and crash, they will come out and just clean out everything they want then leave you to die.

Here the children just are "playing" war of kites, each cutting the other.
There are also place where thieves puts rocks on the road to stop cars and robbing drivers.

That and cerol is really disgusting :15: :39:
Sure I can see the use of this in war, traps and whatnot when there is a precedence for it (I know it sounds ironic saying there's a precedence for things that shouldn't be present in the first place), but this just seems like stupid violence and absolutely crazy. :88:
