ive seen this, its a tomato.
you can tell she carved out the inside and replaced it with watermelon flesh. the seeds are a nice touch though.

It's Fake, it's not a watermelon

I do remember seeing the step by step creation of this "watermelon".

It was made from a Tomato, some red Jelly substance (it wasn´t Jello but something like that XD) and the Seeds are actualy seeds, they are just sesame seeds.
