Lecian Grand Carnaval is an amusement park, which is located on Sebu island, Philippines. It's not abandoned but none of the rides work. Disappointed tourists can at least make a couple of shots in the local shooting range. It's the only thing that works in the park.

Nice place to hang out one's laundry to dry. Used to know a few people from there, very impovershed area.
