Thank you Japan, you win in "wacky" category again ;D

But here's food for thought: we all know Japan for refined culture and aesthetics. On the other hand we have Japan full of pikachu's and tentacle raped schoolgirls (or in this case, pencil assraped). Is it possible that country as a whole, might have split personality disorder?
