what is with the quality control problem in Russia...even with their MIG's .. they screw over their own people.... no wonder the empire collapsed.. no one gave a shit about quality and attention to detail.

the problem with russia as with any fledgeling new democratic system , the checks and balances are not in place yet and things are still done though bribing underpaid public officials and corruption. The consumers rarely have a recourse because the courts will hardly be on the side of the little guy. Be thankfull if you live in a country where those problems arent that bad.I'm sure russia will find its way, though Puttin concerns me, from an outsiders point of view.
