Loved it...#3 I saw this (and it was still there) during th 1964-65 Worlds Fair (in Queens) that open hole in his mouth blew actual smoke rings into the air, it was awesome. #8 The Irish presence was obvious, excellent policemen and firefighters. They also sold alot of newspapers on corners...a very robust group of people who made NYC Great.
