It was a handful of years ago when I saw an ipod vending machine at a grocery store in La Jolla (San Diego). I think that was before the first iphone came out, so it was all ipod shuffles and nanos and classics, and I think it had itunes gift cards as well and some other accessories.

Bruce there's one around here too, selling iPod Touches, iPads, Beats headphones and a bunch of other expensive tech things. I don't like where the future is going

#20 So, what's new? The first automat in the U.S. was opened June 12, 1902, at 818 Chestnut St. in Philadelphia by Horn & Hardart inspired by the Quisiana Automat in Berlin. You could find them everywhere until the McDonald's and the like.
