Usually we don't care about Justin Bieber, but this story is different. Dana Martin, a convicted killer serving two life sentences in New Mexico, recruited a fellow inmate Mark Staake and Staake's nephew Tanner Ruane to castrate and murder Justin Bieber during his Madison Square Garden concert in New York City last month. Oddly enough, Martin alerted authorities to his own plan, and Staake was arrested in Vermont. Ruane made it to New York City with a stash of tools and weapons, including pruning shears. He was intercepted by police before acting out the plan.
