Except there's no wheels to tow it, or insulation, water, electrical or sewage hookups. Not to mention the parts that flip open still need to have cover or some minimal weather-proofing.

I agree with JJ. Missing a lot of items to be really useful.

By the looks of it it is more like an art piece than anything. As useful accommodation it's a complete failure.

And it needs to be in a huge warehouse or you'll get awful wet when it rains at night.

Could be that it's a demonstration piece to showcase the possibilities.
I wouldn't mind a shipping container that I could convert into living quarters.
