I've used:
indoor toilets. public.
outdoor...even those 'modern' ones in Amsterdam.
outhouses, plastic, wooden, ciderblock...
& as a kid, those 'night pots", that you kept under the bed.
I live in the USA and I was born in the lat 1940's.
This WAS interesting. This was amusing.
