Something went wrong during a routine fire test in a Minnesota hangar. Several Sikorsky UH-60 "Black Hawk" helicopters were left covered with foam.

How do figure something went wrong?
All that foam surely would have saved those multi million dollar aircraft.
Not to mention the hanger itself.

During the test the foam probably was not supposed to discharge, Luckly it looks like it caused little damage. 01

We were designing a similar fire suppression system when this happened. The guys responsible for the construction of it told me that it was an accidental discharge. Oops.
