They can't. Usually in the less developed country, the parents have many children to help them do the household chores and earn money for the whole family. On a more darker side, many of them do not survive to adulthood due to healthcare issues.
Without proper education and birth control, these slums will sadly, only grow bigger. 02

i think these pictures are not even the extreme ones.i have seen some where they have to move their 'bazaar' everytime a train comes or when there is more people outside the train than inside.

also when you live in proverty and have no pleasure, sex, being free, could be the on free pleasure in there life
