This crazy roadster was built by Minnesota farmer. It has a Chevrolet S-10 pickup chassis with a V8 engine and can cruise 65 mph (100 km/h).

Yeah, that thing isn't even remotely road legal. I'm guessing he got the plates by telling the state he was registering an S10 pickup.
