This doesn't hurt the poodles. Most of these poodles all have groomers for moms or dads and are the mos spoiled and loved dogs you'll ever meet. It doesn't hurt them, and just because they are styled doesn't mean they are put on a grooming table for 3 days and tortured. The do it slowly over time. And the dogs don't mind. You all seem to be lovely people who have no idea what you're talking about. So as you have assumed that all groomers who creative style can't have children. I'll assume that all of you know nothing about dogs, and don't understand grooming. I'll assume that most of you have dirty dogs at home that are horribly matted, and have brought it to the groomer before asking for it to be "brushed out", just one time having mats brushed out is excruciating to the dog. So get off your high horse and learn about something before you rag on it please.

I'm sure it doesn't hurt of dog and the dog doesn't mind but my idea is that while a dog is being groomed and having it's fur dyed different colors it could be playing outside with other dogs and rolling around like every other dog. Dogs only really live up to 25 years roughly, so let it be a dog. Though the artist did do a fantastic job.

It may not hurt the animals, but animals are not play things. That is my problem with it.

Although I totally agree woth the point you made, I still have a remark. A dog does not live up to "roughly" 25 years. A dog lives between 10 to 13 years and the oldest dog officially registered is 24 years old.

i guess most of you never seen show dogs. they are trained to stand and look that way. and as far as the hair coloring goes there are washable hair spray that is pet friendly so it washes out when they bath that animal. Also all these animals look healthy and well took care of. they are pampered and live great lives. I have seen far worse done to animals. This does not hurt the dogs, cutting the hair is almost painless (if the animal is being cared for). Yes it takes time to shape the hair to look like that. but its not a 24 hour a day every day grooming job.
