Almost everything here sounds truly disgusting.

make mac-n-cheese, stir in a chunk of velveeta and a can of your favorite chili
and a decent sized dollop of sour cream, heat and serve ... quick and tasty Chili-Mac ... and it makes plenty of it

I put regular ol' black pepper on everything I can, and that does the trick just fine. Crushed red pepper too sometimes. Yum.
