Last time I knew, Le Havre in France was and still is a thriving port.

That warehouse area maybe run down, but the whole town is still going.

Of course from an American perspective, and it not being American, it is unimportant and therefore dead already, populated or not!

Maybe a section on abandonded buildings might have save face a bit here.

Centraila Pennsylvania usually makes these lists too. though ive been there a few times and its pretty much a house or two now... abandoned farmland?

and i hate the over use of HDR.
HDR is suppose to enhance the photo, not make it look like its from tron.
