yes it's a real restaurant, located on Highway 58 just south of downtown Naha.
The 'tree' is concrete, not real.
If you come to Okinawa, as you drive north from theairport you'll see it on your right hand side, just after the Baseball stadium and the Budokan (the Martial Arts training center)
