Amazing story.
Her name is Svetlana, she is 34 years old and lives in Russia.
She managed to lose 70 kg in 18 months.
In 2005, when she was pregnant, her weight was almost 145 kg.
In 2007 her former classmate asked her for her picture.
And she was just too emberessed to show it.
The same day she decided to lose the weight.
She ate only fruits and low-fat food and walked about 5 km every day.
Amazing, but she lost 17 kg in the first month.
Afterwards she began to attend a gym.
