Not sure what they did for eyes, but you could probably just draw them on w/ a magic marker.

i think the eyes are made from little rectangles of dried seaweed.

yeah, the eyes are nori, a sushi wraper. I think the point of the super mushroom (raddish) is to put into a bentobox.
