Cody McCasland is not an ordinary child. He had to have his legs amputated below the knee when he was only 15 month old because of a rare condition called Sacral Agenesis. Some months later he got his first prosthetic legs and since then he can move almost like any other kid. Нe can not only walk, but run, swim, play soccer, golf, karate, ice hockey etc. But the boy grows fast, so he outgrows his prosthetic legs all the time and needs new. Now he is seven and during his life he had many surgeries because of his condition, but despite all of the problems Cody remains an amazing spirit.

The Kid seems happy. I think kids can bounce back and adjust quicker than us adults. I think people like this are put here by God to inspire us.

wow, I agree that people like him are put on this Earth to inspire the rest of us. If he can do all of that with his disability then there's no telling what the rest of us can accomplish! he's so cute too!

This kid is very fortunate, he was obviously born into a family that could afford the extreme costs of having a disabled child. All those prosthetic legs cost a small fortune. It makes me sad to think about how many children like him don't get these kind of opportunities.

Admire the parents who have never made the kid feel lesser than others. I pray that this unwithering spirit and his endearing smile remains with him when he grows up and faces the challenges of life. Keep it up, kid!
