It's so unfair that when women only eat less and do moderate exercise, they look beautiful. We men have to have an strict diet and do a lot of exercise.

This time I don't agree with you completely but in majority I do.

Women, if they don't have unlucky genes have less need to work on their bodies to avoid getting fat. Under "looking good" I guess now we understand only "not being fat". For that women in majority needs less work to do, except stick to a morely unconsious eating habits.

No 2 cakes, a half roasted pork, 34 cheeseburgers and a big bowl of popcorn mixed with peanut butter.

Just a generally healthy life. On the contrary, men are tend to gain fat much faster than women: and they must go to gym. run whatever exercise sooner.

But I suppose these are one wonders of life, that everyone especialy men and women are different.

Really? well i must have terrible genes then. I try to never eat over 1500 calories a day, yet losing weight is very hard for me even if i gym 5 times a week.

Also i have to add so many woman eat much less than they say they do. I know alot of woman who eat only one meal a day in order to stay thin.

I think it also depends on age. Most men i know around my age (early 20's) are thin but eat loads. My bf can eat for britain but is still as slim as anything. Though as men get older they will have a harder time losing weight, although that is the same for older woman too.

I guess it all really depends on the person.

At 30 I have now, have the luck to say - and this ain't any comparison with your age - I've met quite a lot people in many countries on this dirtball, further I have the shy assumption that I do am able to see somewhat conclusions, therefore I need to release my timid opinion that men must work harder. Men in general are physically more demanding, need more energy to burn, to be alive, than women. But sugar, far and the others don't really care about your sex, so then comes the answer quickly: more input, mooooooore need to output.

So based on 1, aka one gentleman as your boyfriend permit me, my bluntness but if I was you I wouldn't draw group-nation-world-race wide conclusions. :o)

And forgive me, my bluntness, but you're a female so in response to what I feel and see behind your comment: YOU ARE NOT AS FAT, AS YOU IMAGINE. No shouting only emphasizing.

Anyway, I support the idea that the root of devil bathes in the sunshine of each persons' warm heart.
