The window size was probably a decision made by the Heritage people, and a condition of the conversion getting apporval.

It is a beautiful job however, and one I would live in without hesitation. There was a very similar conversion featured on Grand Designs a few weeks ago, and it again had great restraints placed on the owners about what they could, and could not do.

It too was a breathtakingly beautiful update of an old building.
