Bugs in the face can be a nuisance for somebody to remain dead still. Incoming bullets can be even more if you move.

It is all in your head. Most of the bugs are not really fond of being on you as you are not being fond of having them on yourself. Let them pass and they will leave eventually. After all it is not you they look after.
