This behavior is merely an nonverbal cry for attention. They feel that they have little or nothing going for them in their lives so they "Make" themselves "Special" so that they will at least get some kind of recognition & attention.

They are pathetic and weak minded individuals who indeed do not even deserve the attention they get for this. I guess they have gotten their 15 Megabytes of fame so now they can jump in front of a train & be contented.

just so all of you know...it's completely temporary. they're injecting Saline solution under the skin. After a few hours the body just absorbs it and passes it out as urine. Agreed, it looks rather stupid. but it's not permanent.
