The ArcelorMittal Orbit is a 377 ft (115 m) high observation tower in the Olympic Park in Stratford, London. It is twice the size of the Eiffel Tower and 72 ft (22 m) higher than the Statue of Liberty.

Just so you know, the Eiffel Tower is nearly 3 times taller than this thing at 324m.

I think I will need to see it in person before I decide if it's a hideous eyesore or not.

it's just an observation tower for the 2012 Olympics in London

and to think it cost 19.1m with 3.1m coming from British tax
payers. the rest from private entities.
