I call utter BS to that. To be certain they'd firstly have to know exactly how many people are alive (that includes ALL of the lost tribes in South America etc), and then track precisely every single death and birth to the second. No way no how that it can be known for certain that this kid represents the first time the human race broken 7Billion (which is what this represents, which is not the same as the 7Billionth Baby).

Way too may people, needs to be brought back down to 2 or 3 billion to be sustainable.

To add to what I wrote earlier I read today that the claim of the 7 Billionth human alive is actually accurate to 12months either way. So it may have happened 1 year ago, or 1 year in the future. So just more proof that these 7B baby claims are utter BS.
