Oddly enough, it looks like they're taught more about the vehicle and its operation than young Westerners. Yet they still drive like maniacs. Confusing.

Nice, I know how Egyptians drive... like complete maniacs, I imagine these guys are not any better, mostly due to poorly (if at all) regulated traffic and road conditions.
