Sad indeed. Loyalty even in the worst moments. I hope the dog is not left alone.

Its a dog. Its sad that the guy died but it pisses me off that the dog gets more press then actual kids that miss their dads from the war. This civilization is fucked when people write more about people then pets.
Fucking Peta. They sent a box to obama for killing a fly. Get your priorities straight fucking hippies.

In Afghanistan dogs are considered unclean, so they are beaten, starved, and mistreated; religion aside, I have no tolerance for a culture that mistreats animals.

This is a touching story from my local area not to give a shameless plug but the whole story can be seen on KIMT.com (Mason City IA) Can't thank those enough that help to protect this country at ANY cost.

,
Then you should not tolerate your own kind. Every culture mistreats animals, what about the chickens, cows and pigs. They are animals too, not just dogs and cats.
Anyway if that dead guy did not went into the army and stayed home and played with his dog, he would be alive now.

SEAL Jon Tumilson is from Des Moines, Iowa. The dog laying beneath the casket is his Labrador retriever, Hawkeye.
