wow a burn out train ? trains dont have a quick acceleration ! this must be something else, maybe it was pulling some really heavy cabins or something.

hello
i am engeneering train engines and gearboxes. they definitive have the power to do it, but nowadays every motor has an electronic device that doesnt let this happen. it must have been deactivated or it is some cheap built train. the taurus we are using in austria can go from 0 to 120 kmh in 8 or 9 seconds i think (without a train added) ... much faster than much of US cars...
my workmate told me that when you get it with a high speed camera you can see the wheels sometimes slipping through when the electronic device is working inaccurate...

case 1: train brakes are braking, train tries to accelerate for some seconds ...
case 2: train was to heavy to accelerate it , or it was going up a ramp...
