Go TEXAS..... I mean I dont really like Texas but im all for the death penalty! Additionally I want public executions and public humiliation to come back... You got to break a few eggs to make an omlette... 04 you do something dumb you get punished... You kill someone or rape someones child or do some other horrific crime you should be punished... and sitting in jail with cable TV and the internet is not good enough..

hmmmmm - i think that proven beyond a doubt, that a person is guilty qualifies for the death penalty - let's face... there are ppl who choose to kick societal values in the ass - and will never change their ways. SO.... why risk another innocents life?
