This project took 18 days from this Russian guy to accomplish. It all has began after he has watched that cartoon. An idea sparked thru his head “I want to build such thing to hold my computer stuff in it”. A solid-metal Wall-E computer case, each detail carefully cut from the metal sheets processed and put in place. Swiss precision homemade heavy metal WallE geeky step-by-step history is waiting us below:

this is alright. some of the lines aren't as clean as the industry would like. has some minor appeal. paint isn't as accurate as it could be and could have used some more realism in the arm. with a lot of work we could probably sell this. jordan horn. 916 412 1180. marketing manager.

@jordan horn: what an unnecessary comment from someone who has to mention his (unverified) job title for credibility. Until you build something better, show the creator the respect he deserves for a non-commercial project.

Yeah, Jordan Horn can kiss my @$$. He's a douchebag poser.
Do a Google search... he's on a bunch of blogs as a financial adviser, real estate purchaser, "marketing manager," and everything else he wants to be but isn't.
Excellent work, btw. Very nice mod. This must have taken forever!

Very interesting, you are obviously very clever when it comes to design and manufacture, you must have other projects we could see. Very good I am grateful also for the detail you showed in your design.Thank you for sharing. Arrrgh Attenborough

I must be missing something. This thing took so much effort. What does it do? And the final product looks like it needs painting again. I mean is it a robot or something? Anyway I guess some people knit and others do jigsaws this is in the same category I guess. Good for you.

Awesome work. As a machinist and tool maker, I understand the intricacies in design, I wonder how many times he went back to the drawing board before producing the finished product? (saw no drawings/prints)

photoshop expert, You're not an expert if you think thats shopped, you're just a dumb ass with a computer who probably never used Photoshop a day in his/her/it's life. Get a clue then get a life.

It is definitely shopped... Metal/Wood shop that is! haha. But seriously, very well done mate. That's superb.
@gazmania: He built it as a computer case. Last few pictures you see the workings of the inside of a computer including Motherboard, optical drive, and HDD (Western Digital no doubt).
Also props on running what looks like Windows 7 RC.
