I'm gonna take a wild stab at it and say menopause kicked in around 1998.

What's sad about this? People age, end of story. Get over it. When they say "sad", I was expecting one or more to be missing.

Not sure why this is sad...we all get old. I guess with these sisters, smiling would've hurt.

They didn't strike me to be a terribly happy bunch...still a pretty neat project.

sad??? i was expecting them to die off, lose hair from kemo etc etc etc ... they look perfectly normal this is not sad...it is.....it is uhmmm.......well it is just s series of pics showing how we age over time....I say EPIC FAIL for the simple reason that I fail to see any sadness.

TheIronSea, please start writing english, this is an international community and everyone here understands english, while just a few users understand spanish (or portuguese or whatever the hell your language is)

Lord Dodo is right... dude (TheIronSea), learn some English, don't post, or gtfo... or in the worst case, write in your language if you write back to someone that understands you (meaning with an @user in the header) so I don't have to try to understand whatever you are writing. it's not the first time you do it, in fact, I guess you never posted in English, ever... you're like those who" comment" only with emoticons...

when i begin to see this project and you say it's a "sad project" i was sure to see only 3 or 2 sisters at the end... because the other where in an another world...

but it's ok it's not so sad !

yeah, it is sad to get old, but that's what life is isn't it

lets not focus on the "sad" part on the title. instead lets focus on the cool project everyone should be doing to show their kids how much they change over time

Sad? I don't know why. We all get old. That's a natural process. Well, they didn't seem to be very happy, but also not depressed. The description made me assume that something sad happened to the (e.g. one got seriously ill.)

But it is a very interesting project for sure.

The 'boyish' face of one of them made me think that the sad thing would be that she made a sex chance. Got her brain intact though. Nice.
