2fuzzy, Right, GIF's they are. Their format is GIF and their file extension is ".GIF" The format patent has expired so anyone can use them. On MAC/Firefox, you can right click on them and see the details under "view image info" They are just rendered better your average GIF.

Some repeats, and some weren't as good... But the rest were awesome, as all the previous ones were!

The Taxi in the reflection, the subway and the cake mixture were really good
and yes, they are GIFs but who cares the difference? someone made an effort to make those gifs as flowing (is this the right word? i don't know...) as possible. And they are cool
