This is a perversion of what a woman should look like - through Satan's eyes. An ideal woman should be healthy all over - healthy, sexy body and healthy, sexy everything else. Even Kim Kardashian has a larger hip-waist ratio, but heck, her bod looks far sexier / prettier.
