I'm liking the idea, but I think a little bit of downsizing could be in order.
How many 'normal' people do you think it would take to eat that one burger? As opposed to how many Americans, of course....

i think three pizzas is just too far over the top. I would use tostinos' party pizzas as the roll and only one much thinner burger no peppers and much less bacon. It wouldc then be easier to eat. The making of this super big burger is great for dramatic effect but not that good to eat because you end up with a wedge of 8 inches of burger meat that falls apart on the plate.
