Where were they planning to go? Both boats seemed to be filled to the max with gas cans. The pirates usually ..well almost always have long ladders so they can get on the bigger ships.....I do not see one soooooooooooooooooo wtf is really going on here?

... besides, how can these pirates know the precise positions of the ships? Using the "new technology of navigating and finding positions by using stars"?
The ship companies instead of crying wolf all the time, may be they should start cleaning their houses first.
It is a story of dog eating another dog. I am sure, if it is not the Captain himself preparing for retirement, one or two of the sailors must be working with pirates, giving them GPS positions.
