Worker that gets to go home after 6hrs = happy worker. Not one that spends all day in a giant cubicle enterprise until he drops dead.... I bet these people literally live in those buildings.
Plus, I've seen better offices... they may not have "massage rooms" but you get paid more than enough to visit any type of massage you like and don't have to live in the company building. How much sunlight gets into that giant cube of a building? Not much I bet. Perhaps google is not that bad but most corporations with this much facilities mean no life for you.
