Wildfires near Moscow caused intense smog in the capital of Russia. Carbon monoxide levels were more than six times the maximum allowable concentration, and other toxic substances permeated the city air at nine times the normal level.

anyway there is no way in hell that sterile masks are protecting them 100% from the smoke...at least 20% but they will suffer in time if they expose too much to that smoke.
