95% of the women in the pictures are gypsies. you can hardly call them romanians..

99% i might say, they captured happy moments only , probably becouse if someone from outside watch them leave the impresion that it's not that bad in jail

Very interesting to see the female side of prison. Most of them seem foreign to Romania though. Possibly because there aren't that many female prisons.

ALL pictures are from a Romanian prison. Yes, this is how things go on around here. And most of them are gypsies convicted for stealing, violence, manslaughter and so on. That so called prison is actually a compound who supports them and tries to rehabilitate them somehow.

Anyway, life for most of them is freedom for one year more or less and back to prison after another felony that they might commit during this time. It is almost impossible to rehabilitate a former convict, even women.
