Ok people NO ONE and I mean NO ONE looks good with a spray tan.

also any fatties that go from fat to superfit after the age of 25 ....well their face ages 15 years and in addition to that.. the ladies also look like a man.

I am glad to see some of these people get healthy and gain some self worth and confidence as long as they are a complete person and not relying on a physical change to fix everything in their lives that they were un-happy about. Fix the mind and the body will follow.

Dropping the weight and getting healthy is one thing. Turning into an obsession, as many of these have shown by going too far the other way, is just as unhealthy as the first pics.

Hats off for the degree of sacrifice - eating only lots of eggs, tuna and vegetables plus hours and hours of training a day. I couldn't do it...

they worked hard for it...and if they are happy ...good for them ...
the spray tan is healthier than the alternative, and it hides stretch marks...
one has to keep in mind that they are possing and flexing ..I am sure most look pretty good in their normal everyday life..and they feel better too.. which is the most important part really.. .

Most of these transformations are weird, fat ones turn into disgusting muscular creatures. And some of these girls didnt need it.
