They are on acid that creates productivity by avoiding drab, boring, repetitive corporate environments. Novelty stimulates creativity, and although some of this stuff looks really weird, Google is all about trying to get their workers to come up with new ideas that can change the world. Impressing Stebbi is probably now very high on their list of corporate priorities.
