This time it's fake parking spaces.
Police of the Chinese capital, Bejing, says it has become a real problem lately.
In the streets where it's impossible to find a free parking space a person puts a fake parking marking and a fake sign.
And police can't do anything about it because they have to catch the person who does it at the very moment when he or she places the marking.
